TERMS OF SERVICE
Please read carefullyGENERAL
• Unless otherwise stated beforehand, all commissions are strictly for personal use.
• By commissioning me, you fully acknowledge that you are receiving a digital product and nothing will be shipped to you.
• Please note that I reserve the right to reject commissions for any reason, including if your character/design is beyond my skill level or makes me feel uncomfortable. If I do accept a commission, there may be an additional charge for highly detailed or complex character designs.PAYMENTS
• The prices displayed are starting prices and may vary depending on the complexity and details of the requested character.• Payment must be received before I start working on your commission.Deposit Upfront + Final Payment on Completion
• At the sketch stage, 3 first revisions are free
• Sketch accepted
• Client pays 50% upfront.
• Artist begins work, sends progress updates.
• Final 50% paid on completion, before delivering full-res image.
• 2 minor revisions allowed,extra changes cost more. ( $7 each)INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
• As the creator of commissioned artwork, I hold complete ownership over the pieces. It strictly forbidden to erasing my signature or assigning authorship.
• All commissioned pieces may be displayed in my professional portfolio with a watermark. If clients wish to keep their art pieces confidential, they must notify me in advance and pay an additional +50% charge.
• Unless specified otherwise, commissioned artwork is exclusively for personal use and cannot be used for commercial purposes. For commercial usage, clients must provide explicit instructions and are not permitted to use the artwork for any other purpose.
• If you require an illustration for commercial use, the prices will be doubled. This includes when you receive profit through the medium in which the illustration is used, and when it is used on products or as a product that generates revenue.
• The client is prohibited from creating, selling or distributing any NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) based on the commissioned artwork. Furthermore, the client does not have any right or ownership on the artwork to commercialize them into NFT platform.
• The client is prohibited to use my art with AI. (No feeding my art into AI).
• The client is not authorized to modify the commissioned artwork (tracing, editing, etc..)
• Please credit me. You can write my name in descriptions, bios, panels or emote attributions.LICENSES DETAILS:
• Personal Use (non-profit): Posting on social media, pfp, banner, desktop/phone wallpaper, printing it for yourself, etc.• Monetized Content Use (Profitable): Art showcased in streaming platforms like: panels, emotes, overlays, vtuber, pngtuber, Youtube thumbnail, Youtube video, etc.• Commercial Merchandising (Profitable): Reproducing material, creating stickers/merchandise, and selling such goods.REVISIONS
• You will receive a sketch confirmation with room for minor changes. (3 first revisions are free, the next $2 each)
After that, any further changes come with an additional fee.
• Once the sketch is approved, I will proceed with coloring and send you an update.
Again, minor changes are allowed twice before being charged extra.
• After completing your commission, I can make small adjustments such as color correction or adding details I may have missed. However, if any mistakes result from insufficient information provided by the client, I am not responsible for correcting them.
• Any major changes to the commission will come with an additional charge. This includes things like outfit changes, additions, or subtractions, as well as background alterations.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Rush commissions (less than 2 week) will incur a rush fee of +50% of the total price.
• The process typically takes between 2 week to 1 month. (Depends on the commission)REFUNDS
• Refunds are only available during the sketching process.
• You can receive a full refund if I haven't started your sketch yet.
• If you confirmed your sketch and want to cancel after, you receive a half refund.
• If your commission is not completed by the agreed-upon deadline, you can request a full refund.COMMUNICATION

By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of services. By agreeing to the terms and services, you agree to follow all the above terms per contract. As a result, both the artist's and client's rights shall be protected by this contract and if issues should arise, they will be resolved privately in the interest of both parties. Thank you very much.
